<font face="Arial, sans-serif"><font size="2">With
the emergence of echeck processing, receiving paper check payments
became a very simple task. Checks are mainly converted into
electronic form and then processed right away. In a matter of days,
the full check amount will then be deposited in your account. You can
easily process your customer's transaction quickly and safely. </font></font>

<p style="margin-bottom: 0in" align="justify">
<font face="Arial, sans-serif"><font size="2">But
not all kinds of services are perfect. There are different kinds of
problems or errors one can encounter when processing echecks. Checks
can have insufficient funds or worse, is just a fraud. You will incur
major losses if you are not aware of these incidents. </font></font>
</p>
<p style="margin-bottom: 0in" align="justify">
<font face="Arial, sans-serif"><font size="2">One
service that can protect you with such event is check collection.
Suppose you have a customer issue a check payment for you. At the
time that the check was issued, the customer has enough funds on his
account. But when the bank tries to deduct the amount, the account no
longer has sufficient funds so the check bounces. With check
collection, the bank will forward the bounced check to the processor.
The processor will then send it to the collection team who will
personally get in touch with the issuer to collect the face amount of
the check for you. </font></font>
</p>
<p style="margin-bottom: 0in" align="justify">
<font face="Arial, sans-serif"><font size="2">Bad
checks equate to major costs. Check collections are often done via
phone calls or letters while some checks are collected electronically
by sending a debit to the check writer's account. Once the checks are
collected, the funds are deposited directly to your bank account and
you are informed of the deposit by giving you a reimbursement report.</font></font>
</p>
<p style="margin-bottom: 0in" align="justify">
<font face="Arial, sans-serif"><font size="2">Moreover,
collecting bad checks can be a real headache. Look for a check
collection service that is applicable for both electronic checks and
paper checks. It would also be better if you can easily integrate it
with other echeck processing services that you are already using. </font></font>
</p>
<p style="margin-bottom: 0in" align="justify">
<font face="Arial, sans-serif"><font size="2">With
check collection, you can easily collect all returned checks and at
the same time free you of extra time spent on dealing with bad
checks.</font></font>
